Industrial Metal Fabrication Division

J. K. Johnson’s industrial metal fabrication division builds:

  • Industrial fans

  • Ductwork

  • Dampers

  • Expansion joints

  • Blowpipes

  • Baghouses

  • Ventilation systems

  • Pollution control systems

  • Furnaces

  • Heat recovery systems

  • Stacks

  • Tanks and vessels
     

Materials include carbon steel, aluminum, and special alloys.

Fabrication work is performed in 24,000 square feet of shop space equipped with:
 

  • Two plasma cutting systems and burning tables

  • 210-ton press brake

  • 3/8" x 10' plate shear

  • 1/4" x 8' hydraulic plate roll

  • 100-ton iron worker

  • Multi-process welding machines

  • 13" x 39" beam cold saw

  • 4' hydraulic roll (10 ga. to 6" diameter)
